Legal notice and privacy

Notice required by Arizona law

As an Arizona notary public who is not an attorney, Didilia De La O publishes this notice in every language we use:

Notice

I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in this state. I am not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities.

No soy abogada con licencia para ejercer la abogacía en este estado. No estoy autorizada para redactar documentos legales, dar asesoría sobre asuntos legales, incluyendo inmigración, ni cobrar por esas actividades.

Didilia De La O, Notary Public, Arizona

We are not attorneys

Puente Grande is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We don't tell you which form to file, whether you qualify for a benefit or what strategy to follow in your case. For that, talk to an immigration attorney or a representative accredited by the Department of Justice.

Form typing

We are not attorneys and do not give legal advice. You choose the form and give us your answers; we type them into the blank spaces. We work only with USCIS forms, for a small flat fee. We don't choose forms, tell you whether you qualify or file forms for you. We don't fill in court documents.

Translations

Our translations are complete and carry the translator's signed certification that the translation is complete and accurate and that the translator is competent to translate between the two languages (the certification 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) asks for at USCIS). The agency or court that receives a document decides whether to accept it.

Privacy

When you contact us by form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we use your details to reply, provide the service and learn how you found us. We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that deliver your messages: the form reaches us by email through FormSubmit, which keeps a copy, and WhatsApp is a Meta service. With the form we also receive the page you sent it from, the last page you read before it, the site or ad that brought you and your answer about how you heard of us; your browser remembers that source for 90 days. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser, to count visits and see which pages and buttons get used; Google Analytics never receives your name, phone, email or message. Documents you send us are used only for your matter.
